Stater Bros has amazing and fresh food here and the people in charge for their fruits and vegetables know what they are doing. I shop here all the time and I enjoy the customer service here. Jovan is overall a nice and respectful cashier. He was quick and overall, very nice to his customers. Randy was also very helpful and overall provided good customer service!!! Such a nice person to everybody!
Stopped into the store to grab a few items and couldn't find the asparagus I needed. The clerk, Joy saw I was lost and asked if I needed some help and she led me straight to the asparagus. Great service and the asparagus was fresh. Will definitely be back!
I usually stop by this store on my way home from work to get meat to bbq. I usually look for a few of my favorite checkers and Joy is one of my favorites very patient with customers and gets me in and out with my groceries.
Very satisfied with my experience! Kenny has great customer service skills, he went out of his way to ask if i needed any help or guiding of where an item is around the store, and he assisted me with my groceries to my car. Love the food quality and the atmosphere.
Adelanto 395 Manager Jeremy This is literally the best Stater Bros in the high desert . I'm in this location 5 to 7 days a week and I can say this store is always very clean and organized . If there is something you don't see and you ask a worker they assist you with a smile and go to the back to check for you with no attitude . They are very approachable. Let's talk about some of the stand out and amazing cashiers .. Annaleza , Joy , Donna , Mack , and Sandra and Kyle is service at its best . It's a lot of nice Courtesy Clerks as well .. however Randy P stands out . I have seen many of them go and come and I really hope this young man stays around . He greets you with a smile every single time .. i been in all the markets up in the high desert and I totally feel out of place when I'm not shopping at the stater bros in Adelanto off the 395 . Jeremy (Manager) is a very down to earth guy .. he's a hands on manager . He walks through the store facing off the shelf's and all . If you stop and ask him to assist you with something he stops what he is doing to help you . Very friendly store manager . Some managers in other stores don't speak to you unless cooperate is walking around checking the locations out . As well as the workers . Adelanto hands down is the best market up here . Can't leave the meat department out .. friendly and Helpful as well . When you have a staff like this .. it's all about great leadership !!
Ot to fond of this store because i believe its too expensive!! But they have a sushi station and it is fresh and tasty!!
I would like to start off by thanking victor the manager at this location. I contacted the store to discuss obtaining boxes for moving but there was very cordial and directed me to come in as he will communicate with his receiving department to save boxes for me. Of course upon my arrival on Christmas Eve there were no boxes but a young lady whose name I don't remember advise me to return on New Years Day as she will communicate again with the receiving department to save boxes for me. Upon my arrival a young lady by the name of Linda came to me with a big smile and she was extremely courteous. She was more than happy to accommodate my needs and also agreed to save additional boxes for me to ensure I had enough for my move. So I again returned to the store to collect more boxes for my move. I have shopped at this location since they opened and I must say I have always been pleased with the services that I have received, but I must say this act of kindness definitely put this group of individuals over the top. Thank you for all of your assistance.
